SGPropertyTimes is an independent property publication based in Singapore. We cover residential and commercial real estate across the island — new launches, resale homes, the rental market, and the URA caveat data that powers it all.

We exist because property research in Singapore is fragmented across developer microsites, agent listings, news outlets and government datasets. Our job is to bring those signals together in one place, presented honestly, with clear sources you can trace.

What you'll find here. A weekly-updated atlas of every district, the latest CCR / RCR / OCR launches with developer pricing where it's been released publicly, mortgage and stamp-duty calculators built from first principles against IRAS / MAS rates, and a transactions explorer hooked directly into the URA Data Service for caveat-level lookups.

Independence. We don't accept paid placements that aren't clearly labelled. New launches and curated listings appear on merit, not budget. When a developer or agent is featured, the relationship is disclosed.
